I didn’t realize how badly I needed this book until I started reading it. I can’t get enough of Meg, Galen and Theo, so of course I wanted more of them. But I didn’t realize that I needed to see how things were going as they took on their new roles in Thalania. Katee Robert can write the hell out of sexy times. She creates characters that just draw you in until you can’t wait to see what happens next. Every book is a page turner and that includes Theirs Ever After.

From beginning to end, I couldn’t put this book down. I needed to read the ups and downs, the danger, and the smoking hot in between. I’m sad that this is the end of the journey for these three, although I’m hoping beyond hope that we will see more of them later on. Especially in the #nosecondarycharacterleftbehind books that we are getting for this series. I can’t wait to read those and everything else Katee gives to us.

These three main characters have been through the ringer in the last book, and there was even more they went through in this story, but they finally got their HEA.

Theo Fitzcharles is the King of Thalania. It's what he was working for while in exile, to take his rightful place on his throne. But he had no idea how difficult it was going to make his triad relationship. He simply doesn't have time for all the maintenance their relatively new relationship needs. It's been 6 months since he's taken the throne, and things haven't gotten better. In fact, if anything, they've gotten worse. Both his Consorts are miserable, for their own reasons, and he isn't sure how he's going to fix it. Or if he even can.

Galen Mikos has always known his place was by Theo's side, and in front of him, if he was in danger. He spent their time in exile trying everything to get Theo back on his throne. But, now that they've done it, everything has changed. Galen used to be the head of palace security, and now he's Theo's Consort. A superfluous title that entails social responsibilities he has no patience for, and boredom he sees no quick cure for. He longs for how things used to be, but for one thing Meg.

Meg Sanders never imagined her "happily ever after" would look like this. She and Galen doing their duty as Theo's Consorts, and not much else. She longs to finish her Masters degree, and with only a year left the end was in sight, before she got involved with her men. Now it's all teas, and polite chitchat with the noble families of Thalania, and she feels like she's losing her mind. Nothing is hers anymore, not really, as it could all be taken away. That becomes even more clear to her after an attempt on her life puts she and her men on constant guard for her safety. They have to figure out who's after Meg, and why, before it's too late. Then, they can go about fixing what's been eating away at their happiness for the last 6 months.

Theo, Galen, and Meg's chemistry is still through the roof, but it's all they've been depending on for the last 6 months. They've been using sex as a temporary fix for the problems they haven't had time to discuss, or truly deal with. Just when things are coming to a head with their issues, someone makes an attempt on Meg's life, and she's injured. They then have to refocus their energies on that problem, while the other ones still lay festering. I enjoyed watching the three navigate this new life together, with all its joys and pitfalls.

The suspense plot was exciting and kept me guessing. You knew one of the bad guys right off, but had no idea who else was involved, and that was fun. The suspense plot really added to the overall story, as it was just another obstacle this relationship had to overcome. The three characters truly fit together so well, and it hurt to see all the ways they were hurting each other without meaning to.

The side characters here were fun. Theo's head of security was awesome, and I can't wait to get his story next, with his unlikely lady love. I enjoyed Theo's sister as well, and I see a story for her in the future, and Theo's younger brother too. I hope we'll get to see these characters more in future books!

Any relationship is difficult, and I imagine keeping 2 other people happy all the time, even if you're a king, is practically impossible. I really enjoyed the insight into these three characters and their love for each other, and how they managed to make it work, against all odds. Aside from the royal titles, and palace politics, that's what this story was really about. And I truly enjoyed the journey. I highly recommend this series!
Well written story, without a lot of the repetition of words and scenes that seem to be in book these days. I only wish they were a little longer...
Wow. This was a great conclusion to their story. All the drama and betrayal were merely stepping stones in their journey.
I love these three. This is an amazing story of love, respect and fighting through the difficult times. I am a little sad to see the ending of this HEA. I will miss them!
Totally hot! Loved being drawn into this story. It felt like I was there watching everything going on. I held my breath, I cheered and I cried! I fell in love with Galen, Men & Theo! Can't wait to see what's next from this author!

I appreciate reading a menage where their isn't a constant need to create or highlight jealousy.
This installment is packed full of intense action, drama and backstabbing. I loved it.
The passion between these three hits a rough patch but we get to see them work through it and come out stronger for it.

What started off as a great series just fizzled in this book. There wasn't enough emotion and passion and there was way too much conspiracy. The twist at the end with Louise just confirms that the author got sidetracked from the original story of love, passion and emotion to make it a story of how many "surprises" could be thrown into one novel. A re-write of this book with the same intensity as the others in the series should be taken into consideration.
