Sweet stories of good, country people who just want to work and love and be loved, from the author of Pollyanna.
I wish I could do 4 and one half but I can't. I like these stories but they aren't as good as most of her's I feel like. They are all stories of older couples so I guess I can't relate as I'm only 14. But since it's Eleanor Porter its still good
A real gem. The stories were so well written that illustrations were not missed. Each of the stories could be made into a full length movie. I will read more of this author. David A Lyons Nebraska
